Mediating overheating engines without disassembly or harsh acids at a fraction of the cost!
Our process can help you resolve engine overheating problems, and save you thousands of dollars compared to other methods used for cooling system decalcification. Our process de-scales and cleans the entire raw water cooling system from the sea water pump to the exhaust elbow, including heat exchanger, oil cooler, inter-cooler, etc. WITHOUT DISASSEMBLY.
We use Rydlyme Marine which is biodegradable and is non-corrosive to virtually all metallurgies and materials commonly found within water based equipment or systems . With the use of acid, you will eventually need to replace your equipment. It does not affect seals, pumps, etc.
This process effectively eliminates calcium and rust deposits, zebra muscles, barnacles, tiger shells, and other mineral deposits that hinder the performance of vital water systems. It is recommended by both Caterpillar and Yanmar before tearing down an engine to address overheating problems. The US Coast Guard also utilizes this product and procedure.

The alternative to our process is the traditional process of removing the suspected component, typically the heat exchanger is chosen first, then sending it out to a radiator or comparable shop to clean it via acid dipping.
* Acid cleaning is extremely corrosive and in itself can cause premature leaks and
resultant secondary issues.
* Requires disassembly and usually involves the expense of a mechanic with
follow-up expenses to reinstall.
* Expenses are incurred for radiator or comparable shop for cleaning process.
* Added cost for gaskets when reinstalling component.
* A certain number of days down time will be required.
Our Value Proposition
* Cost Savings & Equipment Longevity *
